Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the leadership team, Ms. Hennefer’s responsibilities include leading financial and strategic planning, accounting, treasury, human resources, information technology and office administration. She has direct oversight of four office locations, multiple legal entities, and serving as a strategic thought partner to assist Concord as it grows and deepens its market penetration.

Prior to joining the management team of Concord, Ms. Hennefer had extensive experience in public accounting with KPMG managing multinational SEC and private industry audit clients. Her experience included SEC compliance, Sarbanes Oxley, acquisitions and due diligence, restructurings, IFRS and U.S. GAAP accounting, and internal controls. She was a KPMG National Instructor for in-house professional education and a leader in KPMG’s Network of Women (KNOW). She was also employed at Sonepar USA as the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Finance and Shared Services and at Glaxo SmithKline (GSK) as the Manager of Foreign Currency Risk.

Ms. Hennefer has a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University with dual majors in accounting and finance. She’s a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). She’s a Board member and treasurer for two nonprofit organizations and active volunteer in Special Olympics of New Jersey. Her passion is serving as a national advocate for individuals with disabilities as an affiliate group leader for both the National Down Syndrome Congress and National Down Syndrome Society.
