Mr. Swenson leads Concord Engineering’s design services. He specializes in 3D models for coordination during construction phases, and his field experience in the trade adds value to his opinion on constructability during design phases. Derek has a well-rounded knowledge of all the latest design software and the construction of mechanical systems. His project experience as a designer includes renovations, new construction, design-build projects, and detailed design. He excels at project workflow organization in support of project delivery and his ability to work with contractors brings value to our clients by reducing rework and improving constructability and safety.
