NJ Clean Energy Program

New Jersey's Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) promotes increased energy efficiency and the use of clean, renewable sources of energy including solar, wind, geothermal, and sustainable biomass. The results for New Jersey are a stronger economy, less pollution, lower costs, and reduced demand for electricity. NJCEP offers financial incentives, programs, and services for residential, commercial, and municipal customers.

Concord’s staff has completed numerous energy audits throughout the State of New Jersey as one of five approved energy engineering firms in the NJCEP’s Local Government Energy Audit (LGEA) program. After completing of over of 750 ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits for school districts and municipalities to date, Concord reviewed building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to determine energy savings based on remaining equipment life, operational control and maintenance practices.
