Mr. Batten’s expertise includes project management with plan and specification and design-build experience in institutional and commercial heating, cooling, and power generation fields. Tom is recognized as an industry expert in the design of combined heat and power and central utility plants. He has directed interdisciplinary teams through all phases of master planning, analysis, design, construction, start-up and troubleshooting for major clients.
