Ms. Hibbs has over 25 years of government relations experience and has spent the last 10 years in the utility, retail energy supply and energy consulting industry serving municipal, commercial and residential sectors. She has extensive experience in State Government Contracting, project management, Energy Aggregation solutions, Renewable Energy solutions, and commodity rate tariffs.
Ms. Hibbs has held senior management positions at the Medical Society of New Jersey and Community Associations Institute's New Jersey Chapter and was a licensed insurance producer for Arthur J Gallager and Crystal Run Health Plan.
