Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager
Mr. Hart brings over 30 years of experience across the commercial, educational, industrial, and hospitality sectors. His expertise includes the design and preparation of construction documents and specifications for both new construction and renovation projects, from concept through completion. His work encompasses full design of power distribution and lighting systems, interdisciplinary coordination, generator and emergency power systems, fire alarm systems, public address and intercom systems, theatrical lighting, and technology infrastructure, as well as coordination with utility providers for incoming services.
In addition, Mr. Hart has extensive field experience, including conducting initial site surveys, providing on-site construction coordination, managing project execution, and overseeing final punch lists and project closeout.
