Energy/Engineering Project Manager
Mr. Blankenbuehler brings over 20 years of experience in energy efficiency and sustainability. He has conducted comprehensive site surveys of HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems across more than 20 million square feet of building space. In addition to building systems, he has extensive experience with renewable energy technologies, including solar and wind.
Mr. Blankenbuehler has completed numerous feasibility studies and financial analyses evaluating the viability of renewable energy solutions and has supported clients in the procurement and review of Power Purchase Agreements. He performs building load analyses for both existing and proposed systems, develops energy conservation measures, and conducts detailed technical and financial evaluations of each.
He also has experience assisting clients with LEED compliance and certification and is highly proficient in building energy simulation modeling using Trane TRACE 700 and DOE eQUEST software
