Ms. Molloy has over 15 years of regulated and deregulated energy industry experience. She has held various management positions with retail natural gas and electricity suppliers and utilities to include Sempra Energy Solutions, South Jersey Energy Solutions and South Jersey Gas. She has extensive experience in commodity rate tariffs, natural gas and electricity energy supply and energy service contracting to include demand side management, energy efficient lighting, HVAC, cogeneration and performance contracting.
Prior to joining Concord, she served as vice president, business development at LPB Energy Management. Previous positions included general manager of commercial and major accounts for South Jersey Gas, a regulated utility company, where she was recognized for excellence in the 2004 Annual Report to stockholders. During her tenure, she was instrumental in recommending enhancements to existing and new rate tariffs that were implemented by the regulatory department in August 2004. She was actively involved in the rate negotiation strategies with Rate Payers Advocate and the NJ Board of Public Utilities.
Ms. Molloy has a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of New Orleans, is a Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP) and had served on the State of Maine Task Force to Advance Energy Efficiency, Conservation and Independence for state facilities as well as serves on the Sustainability Task Force for the County of Passaic.
